Holy Trinity Church of England Primary School, Rickmansworth Rd, Northwood, HA6 2RH. Classes Monday to Saturday — Little Leaders (ages 3–6), Beginner Kickboxing, Intermediate, Black Belt and Adult Kickboxing.
Southall
St Mary's Primary School, Norwood Green, Southall. Classes Thursday and Saturday — Little Leaders (ages 3–6), Children's Kickboxing and Adult & Teen Kickboxing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. Our classes are beginner-friendly and we meet you exactly where you are. You don't need to be fit, sporty or confident to start kickboxing.
Is the first class really free?
Yes — your first trial class is 100% free, with no payment and no obligation. You even receive a free uniform when you join.
What should I bring to my first class?
Just comfortable sporty clothing, a water bottle and a towel. All equipment — gloves, pads and shin guards — is provided for your trial.
What ages do you teach?
From age 3 in our Little Leaders programme, through juniors and teens, to adults of all ages and abilities.
Where are your classes held?
Northwood at Holy Trinity C of E Primary School (HA6 2RH) and Southall at St Mary's Primary School, Norwood Green.
